Hello #EdukaPeople!

In this nice occasion, I want to share about Timeline for Teaching. Timeline is a chronological representation of a sequence of events or a schedule of activities. Timelines can be created by era, century, year, month, week, day and even hour. Timeline is also actually useful for teaching and learning. Using timeline in class will provide students with a visual framework that supports reading comprehension. The teacher can provide chronogical event such as history, order, etc.

There are many apps that you can use for making a timeline. You may use one of them as timeline maker that easier for you. But in this case, I will give you explanation of “Tiki-Toki”. Tiki-Toki's timelines are designed to be played with as well as to convey information. By including such interactive features, Tiki-Toki timelines encourage people to get really involved in your timeline content. To make your interactive timelines, you may visit this link (https://www.tiki-toki.com/)

I have example of Timeline using Tiki-Toki. This timeline explain about COVID-19 Outbreak in Indonesia. You can visit my portofolio  through this link Timeline or you can download my Timeline directly here (PDF format).

Based on the previous timeline example, What do you think? It is interactive and creative, isn't it? So, I suggest you to use Timeline for making your teaching and learning process being interactive and fun.
